Women’s circuit class

A fun circuit group class just for women! Expertly designed exercises to suit all fitness levels.

The 1 hour class includes resistance and aerobic exercises set out in a circuit style, some great music and lets not forget the fun! You can go as hard as you like and there are alternative exercises to suit all fitness and ability levels.

We don’t take our session too seriously, so come along for an enjoyable workout in a friendly atmosphere.
