Men’s circuit class

The 1 hour class includes resistance and aerobic exercises set out in a circuit style, some great music and lets not forget the fun! You can go as hard as you like and there will be alternative exercises to suit all fitness and ability levels.

So grab your spandex…. no, wait, let’s not.
